CIH Offsite Logistics Workshop

Thank you to those who participated in this workshop and for your input in the designing and implementation of an efficient offsite construction logistics framework that actively contributes to the reduction of whole-life costs, delivery time as well as greenhouse gas emissions and health and safety hazards.
Some very good insights and feedback was gathered yesterday which allow Construction Innovation Hub’s team to consolidate the outcomes of the breakout rooms, and cross reference with their main findings, with the aim of narrowing down the area of research as part of next steps.
