When Rosie Toogood of Legal And General Modular spoke at our Offsite and Precision-manufactured Housing Networking Event at City Hall last September, we were all chomping at the bit to know when we would be seeing the results of their new modular factory.
Well, last week, Rosie shared they are now very happy with the process and quality of their product and are starting to deliver precision manufactured homes to sites.
‘We’ve learnt so much through the modular prototyping process, improving build time, quality and productivity. Continuous improvement runs through everything we do at L&G Modular and I think that mindset presents a huge opportunity for the sector to improve margins and reduce waste.’
