Andrew Dix FCIPS

It is with deep regret that we have to announce the death of Andrew Dix, the Chairman of Buildoffsite. Andrew’s sudden death has come as an incredible shock to us all. Our thoughts go out to his wife Julie and their family.

Andrew had been Chairman for only a short period but had begun to implement some impressive changes to put the organisation in the right shape to support the next stage of the Buildoffsite project. He was a rare talent and will be much missed.

The Buildoffsite Executive Group will implement some immediate measures to maintain the effectiveness of the organisation until a permanent arrangement can be put in place. There will be no loss of momentum in Buildoffsite’s work programme to build a better, more productive, construction industry.
