We are an energetic company formed to commercialise our new modern method of construction ‘MMC’ and aspiring to help improve society. We are a proud supply partner of The Prisoners Building Homes Project as part of our objective to deliver positive social impact.

Our build system enables both volumetric and bespoke panellised builds both manufactured in our own factory. The system is high performing and environmentally friendly featuring waste cork (carbon negative) and recycled milk cartons within the structure.

We offer services cover sub contract panel/cassette building (successfully completed a commercial building and a primary school) bespoke building and a range of standard products through to complete turnkey solutions including fully funded temporary accommodation

Our standard range comprises of:

• Volumetric Living Pods for homeless, keyworker and moving on accommodation.
• Fully relocatable Temporary Accommodation ranging from 1B1P through to 3B4P family homes.
• A range of NDSS space compliant lodges ranging from 1B1P to 3B4P.
• A HOME range featuring 1 bed bungalows through two storey detached and semi detached homes to terrace rows.

We are committed to employee training and development with a formal training programme in modular construction to deliver nationally recognised certification for our employees. We are an active employer of prisoners on day release and ex-offenders all of whom are enrolled in our training programme.
