Buildoffsite is a member-based, industry-wide campaigning organisation that promotes greater uptake of offsite techniques by UK construction. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Buildoffsite website (“buildoffsite.com”) and your relationship with Buildoffsite (“we/us”). By using the Buildoffsite website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may change without further notice to you and we recommend you check the Terms and Conditions when you use the Buildoffsite website.
All of the information included on the Buildoffsite website is intended for information purposes only and does not represent advice. We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the information contained on the Buildoffsite website, and you should take appropriate precautions to verify it.
We cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. Your access to the site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs or maintenance.
When you register with us the details provided by you on registration or at any time are important. The registered user undertakes to ensure that they are correct and complete. You undertake to inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
Password and Security
Members of Buildoffsite will have access to the Member Area of the Buildoffsite website. For this, Member organisations will be given unique login details, including a username and password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone outside your organisation. Please note that you will be responsible for activities and orders that occur or are submitted using your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately.
We treat your privacy seriously and we understand that you would wish to know how we will use the information we collect from your use of the Buildoffsite website .Buildoffsite aims to promote greater uptake of offsite techniques by UK construction. To enable us to achieve this, we hold information about our customers and the products and services in which they have expressed interest. This information is used to keep our customers updated on new developments in the industry and from time to time to obtain feedback on Buildoffsite’s activities. All data is treated in confidence and is not disclosed to any third parties, other than where we are required to or permitted to by law, or where you have given us your consent in advance. All content on the Buildoffsite website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property and proprietary rights. You may use the Buildoffsite website and display, download on any single computer or print a single copy of any material for your personal or professional use provided you do not further copy or modify the page including without limitation by removal of any copyright notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, copy, distribute or use any material on the Buildoffsite website. While we try and ensure that all prices listed on the Buildoffsite website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error we will correct this as soon as possible.

The Buildoffsite website contains links to third party resources on the internet. We do not endorse, approve or sanction (unless otherwise stated) nor are we responsible for any third party’s products, services, acts or omissions. There is no association or connection between us and the third party (unless otherwise stated) save for the provision of the link. We do not act in partnership with nor as agent for or on behalf of the third party to whom we provide links. Accordingly, neither party may incur any debt or liability on behalf of the other party.
While we endeavour to ensure that information on the Buildoffsite website is correct, we will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Buildoffsite website; from any information contained on it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using the Buildoffsite website or any information contained on it.

Rights of Third Parties
The agreement between us which is comprised of these Terms is not intended to be for the benefit of any third party, and shall not be exercisable by any other person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
These general Terms and Conditions, and any Additional Terms, as detailed below, constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the agreement between you and Buildoffsite. It supersedes and replaces any previous or contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, products and services between you and Buildoffsite.
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We do not make any promise that the materials on the Buildoffsite website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom and using the Buildoffsite website from territories where its use or material or contents is unlawful is prohibited.

Events and Conferences
Standard conditions applicable to all Buildoffsite events, conferences and workshops.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your registration submission. Confirmation that a place has been booked for you will follow separately (please see below for further details).
For all events held in the UK, VAT will be charged at the appropriate (usually standard) rate on all event purchases.
VAT invoices and receipts will be issued upon receipt of payment for the event.
Buildoffsite reserves the right to alter the programme and to cancel the event in case of insufficient bookings. If Buildoffsite and or the associated delivery partner cancels the event, delegates will be advised immediately and registration fees refunded in full. Please note Buildoffsite cannot be held responsible for any travel and hotel cancellation charges.
In the unlikely event you are unable to attend, please advise Buildoffsite as soon as possible at email@example.com. Your place may be offered to an alternative delegate.
Substitute delegates are welcome.
Where registration has been affected by supplying a company purchase order number (Buildoffsite members only in accordance with the conditions given below), invoices are payable within 30 days or by the event date whichever is the sooner. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in withdrawal of your registration.
For free workshops, the conditions are as per the standard conditions above.
You may contact Buildoffsite during regular business hours (i.e. 9.00 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and the Christmas period when Buildoffsite will be closed) by telephone, email or fax. Buildoffsite will endeavour to respond to your queries within three working days of receipt, however, it may take longer during the weekends, public holidays and the Christmas period.
